Listen Now! and Variable Bit Rates

Just a note on the Listen Now! links. Sometimes you will encounter podcasts that sounds more like Alvin and the Chipmonks than podcasters (err - like some of my repodcasts of PWRA.... ). Here's the issue. Flash from Macromedia doesn't seem to have support for variable bit rates. Here's a snippet I found on the web:

"flash doesn't support VBR (Variable Bit Rate) MP3 files. If you play VBR MP3 files, playback will sound like a chipmunks version of your songs. The best way to encode MP3 files is to use a fixed bitrate of 64/96/128 kbps with a sample frequency of 22.05 kHz and joint stereo."
