To support podcasters and make it easier to listeners, I've added a link on the details pages that opens up iTunes and subscribes to your show. Check out the "iTunes One Click (Mac OS)" links when you are checking out podcasts. Its the easiest way to get a podcast into your subscription list in iTunes. Here's an example using my show:

Category: Podcast Reviews
Description: Based on the web site PodcastShuffle.com, each episode I review clips and add commentary to the best podcasts in iTunes.

If you don't use iTunes just control click on the RSS Feed link and copy that URL into whatever software you use (right click for PC users). Note that the pcast:// links don't work on Windows machines. I'll be trying to add the .pcast files that the Windows verison of iTunes supports as soon as possible.
